  • I’m a reseller, how do I get my discount?

    After you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to send a PDF of your Reseller Certificate to our finance department.

  • What are the graphic specs requirements?

    You can find our general requirements For more specific questions, we will send requirements with project details.

  • When is payment required?

    Payment is due within 30 days of completion. An invoice will be sent to you the day after items are shipped.

  • What forms of payment are acceptable?

    You cab pay by PO, credit card authorization link, or ACH

  • What documents are needed to
    get started as a new customer?

    W-9, new customer application form (will be sent after you submit the RFQ form), and your reseller certificate (if applicable).

  • Are your products compliant with
    USPS postal standards?
