The exception being if you have a destination wedding or if friends or family are traveling from out of town. In this case, you should send out your invites around three months ahead of time so guests can book airfare, hotels, and make other arrangements to ensure they can celebrate with you. • A request to attend the wedding
• The names of the bride and groom
