  • How far in advance should I order?

    Here is the short answer: we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before you plan to mail your sticker postcards. Timelines vary slightly based on your level of customization:

    • Production: 2-3 business days plus mailing time (see below)
    • Your choice of mailing service or pick your shipping option at checkout.
    • Design Help (with UV and/or Foil)
    • Production: 2-5 business days

    • Production: 3-7 business days (depending on revisions)

  • How long does mailing take and can Truly Engaging mail my postcards for me?

    Yes! We can print, address, and mail your postcards directly to your recipients. Just upload your address list in this excel format, and we'll handle the rest.

    • First Class Mail: 2-5 business days
    • Presort Standard: 7-10 business days

    During the holiday season (October-December), please allow an extra 1-2 business days for processing due to higher order volumes.

  • Can I customize the design or request a custom shape?

    Absolutely. You can fully personalize your postcards with your own photos, text, fonts, and colors using our online design suite (see our templates for specs).

    If you'd like a custom shape or additional design help, our team can create it for you for a small design fee. Please note this may add 2-5 business days to your production time, depending on the level of customization.

  • What sizes and attributes do you offer?

    Our standard sticker postcards are 6" x 9", 5”x7” or 4.25”x 6”. Let us know if you are looking for custom sizes. Please note, custom sizing may require additional setup time or design adjustments.

    For attributes, we include UV, but a Raised Gold, Silver, or Rose Gold Foil is available as an upgrade.

  • Can I handwrite notes on the back?

    Yes! Just let us know, and we'll print your postcards coated on one side only, leaving the back uncoated for easy writing.

  • Are the stickers removable or permanent?

    They are durable, re-stickable stickers that hold up well through the mail, on water bottles, laptops, etc. and can be removed cleanly from most surfaces.

  • Do you offer sample packs?

    Yes - we're happy to send sample sticker postcards so you can see the quality before ordering. Just fill out the “Connect with our team” form, and we'll be in touch.

  • Are these postcards USPS compliant?

    Yes! Our sticker postcards are designed to meet USPS mailing regulations — so they can be mailed just like a standard postcard without extra handling fees.

  • What if I need my order rushed?

    We understand tight deadlines! Rush options are often available depending on your order's details. Contact us through the “Connect with our team” or call our Customer Care team at 800.788.8633, and we'll do our best to meet your timeline.

  • Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

    Yes! We're proud to support nonprofits — for registered 501(c)(3) organizations, be ready to send in your tax exemption form to remove sales tax and check with the team to see about promotions.
