My calendar magnets were lost by shipping Co. and then were later delivered damaged after being a couple weeks late. Customer service rep Stacie rushed out another order, refunded my original order with free expedited shipping, discounted my new order and she actually cared! The magnets are always good quality. Today you run into so many situations where companies do not understand that keeping a customer is less expensive than finding a new one. Truly Engaging, good job! Thanks
