Beautiful design! So many great ones to choose from. I loved that I could personalize the colors of my magnet in every way, and there were so many different sizes to choose from! I wasn't penalized price-wise for selecting multiple colors, and that is really appreciated. The online IM feature with a customer service rep I found to be very useful as well. We really love the quality of our product.
Here were some improvements/suggestions for Truly Engaging from my experience.
1) I used a collage magnet. The smaller photos, no matter how I sized them, always stretched and appeared a little grainier after I uploaded them into a photo box. I would look into how photos change slightly when uploaded into smaller boxes to see how that can be resolved to preserve the resolution of the original image as best as possible.
2) For the specific magnet I used, Enchanted Encounter, I had trouble with the text boxes. Because my name is much longer than my fiance's, I wanted to relocate and reorient the name text boxes in order for the design to look balanced. The location of the text boxes make sense for the sample names, but not for mine and my fiances. I could not move the text boxes and formatting the text to look balanced was challenging. Enabling the movement of text boxes would be very helpful.
3) It would have been great if the website could save my formatting for each magnet and I could apply the formatting to different sizes of the same magnet/design. I spent a lot of time recreating the same formatting so that I could compare the design in different sized magnets.
