When should I send holiday cards?
The holiday season is short, and it fills up quickly! It's best to order cards to be sent in November, so they arrive in time to be enjoyed through the whole season.

How far in advance should I order?
Our typical turnaround time is about 3 business days. Foil or gloss finishes may take a little longer, and shipping usually takes 1-5 business days depending on location. As we get closer to Thanksgiving, shipping times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes and post office delays. We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before you plan to mail your cards or earlier if you'll be addressing the envelopes yourself.

Can I customize the design and wording?
Yes! Every card can be personalized with your photos, message, text, fonts, and colors to suit your style.

What paper and finishes are available?
We offer premium cardstock with three finishes: Premium Smooth, Luxe Satin, and Luxe Pearl. We also offer Raised Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold Foil as well as gloss. Our Premium Collection includes cards with both gloss and raised foil; raised foil text is available on all other cards—just select Luxe Satin paper and change the font color to your choice of foil.
