This is my third time using Truly Engaging. Each order involved me reaching out to customer service. My first order included a typo that I noticed after I placed the order. On the second order I neglected to put the "RSVP by" date...DUH! And on my third order I needed my invitations in a rush. Although RUSH isn't an option that they were able to guarantee, I received the order in an unbelievable 4 days!!! Instead of the 10-12-day turnaround. Each time I reached out to customer service, the women were happy to help and re-assuring that each change would be made without a problem. This is unbelievable, especially because these are custom printing orders. My guests and friends have been so impressed by my invites that I have now recommended Truly Engaging to several people.
