I ordered my wedding programs from Truly Engaging. They arrived way before I thought they would and they look beautiful. I even needed a last minute change, which they graciously honored just before production. I will absolutely use Truly Engaging in the future and I'll tell everyone else that I know to do the same.
Proof/edit process a pain, but happy with final product

My fiance and I loved the suite of products and were happy with the final product (wedding program). However, the edits/proofing process was a bit of a pain. Maybe it is because we have an eye for detail as well as design, but the first set of edits were unacceptable. Spacing was way off, font sizes were changed even though we were clear in our notes that the size was not to change and that we wanted additional text to go on a new line (my fiance's name is long.. they tried to squish it on one line when we asked for his last name to go below his first and middle.) Also, through the edits we requested, we had to follow up with "please center between..." Now, graphic design is not my day job, but if you reduce the space above the white box and have a large gap below the white box, and the instructions say to move the white box to be centered... you would hope the designer would center, or at least visually center the white box and not just leave it where it started. >_<
