Beautiful programs, even better customer service

I can't tell you how thankful and happy I am with Truly Engaging Weddings. Like many others, my original wedding plans changed due to COVID, and we ended up having about 1.5 months to plan our smaller, backyard wedding (!). Needless to say, things were hectic in the weeks leading up to our event. I happened to come across Truly Engaging Weddings on the internet when searching for program designs, and was struck by their many beautiful designs. While the template for the program design felt restricting, I went ahead and designed my program and was able to send instructions for a change in design to fit the lines I needed added. Truly Engaging followed my instructions perfectly. I finalized my proof and gave the final okay six days before my wedding. What I hadn't realized with my wedding brain was that processing would take several days (I must have only paid attention to the shipping time) and that the programs would arrive one day after my wedding. Once I realized my error, I called them to see what was possible, only to find that overnight shipping was outside of my budget and that I would have to forego the programs. I was so sad and kicking myself for not having ordered it earlier. But on Friday, I was BLOWN AWAY to find that Truly Engaging went ahead and overnighted my programs to me, and that we were able to have programs for our wedding. The programs themselves were so beautiful, and my now-husband and I couldn't have been happier to have our guests use them at our ceremony and for us to remember our wedding with. I was SO incredibly touched that this company would take this kind of step... something that most companies would not have the thoughtfulness or time to do, especially during the hardship of this pandemic season. It really showed me that aside from their beautiful designs and quality products, they TRULY care about their customers and the meaning behind this big day.
