Personalizing Your Wedding Invitations

8:23 pm by

More than simply setting the tone, modern invitations exude the personality and style of the bride and groom.  Through the personalization of color, design elements, texts, fonts and photos, you can give your guests a sneak peek of what they can expect at the wedding!  Drawn them in! Recently, we talked about how powerful color is when it comes to ushering in your sense of style, wedding theme and season. Color is so fun and makes such a huge statement of your personality.

The wording… here is another area where your personality can really shine through.  Incorporate what’s special about your vows, wedding ceremony, surroundings, venue, etc.  Be inspired with your fonts and wording.

And, a photograph on your invitations?  ABSOLUTELY! Now, that is personal and endearing.  What style or particular photograph would be just right?  What’s unique about the two of you that you’d like to share with guests.  For instance, are you childhood sweethearts?  Put your grade school photos on your invites and warm even the most traditional of hearts.

What did you do to personalize your invites OR how are you planning to personalize your invites?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

I love how you can change the wording and add a picture to almost any of the Magnet Street invites. I think that’s exactly what i’m going to do with personalizing it by adding a beautiful picture of FH and I… just to give it the right personal touch :-)

Brilliant idea for adding a photograph on that! I’m sure that more people can easily adapt to this modern way of making invitations..
