Is Matching Important?

LOVE the idea of allowing the bridesmaids to choose their own dress, shoe and jewelry styles {of course within some semblance of coordination, like color, fabric, pattern}.

Just looking at the footwear gives a snapshot into how different all four of these ladies are! I just LOVE this idea . .. I am definitely not a matchy-matchy girl.
